About ACT+

ACT+ began as an idea - that ESG knowledge should be aggregated, made accessible, and turned into real transformation for businesses that need it most. The name came first: Aggregating Collaboration for Transformation. The concept paper followed in December 2024, and with it, the search for the right partners to bring it to life.

What happened next was perhaps fitting. The three organisations that came together to build ESG-4-Action didn't just share the philosophy — they each, quite naturally, embody a letter of it. Aquarii, as the originating architect of the programme. Agence de Tounens, as the content authority behind every learning tier. ThriveOnz, as the technology partner that built and now operates the platform. ACT — not by design, but by the kind of alignment that tends to happen when the right people find the right idea.

The '+' in ACT+ has always stood for more: the institutional partners, supporters, and collaborators who believe that ESG knowledge should not be a premium product. Khmer Enterprise (KE) — Cambodia's national entrepreneurship agency — was the first to back that belief, providing seed funding and institutional endorsement that made the pilot possible. In doing so, Cambodia plants an early flag as one of the first movers in making ESG education genuinely open and accessible — a signal that the region is as forward-looking as anywhere in the world.

Aquarii is a Singaporean business strategy and development firm based in Cambodia. It originated the ACT+ concept, secured institutional and development funding, and leads on programme strategy, stakeholder relations, and market development across Cambodia and the region. Aquarii ensures the platform remains grounded in local regulatory and business realities.

Agence de Tounens is an Asia-based sustainability and ESG consulting firm headquartered in Hong Kong. Tounens contributes specialist ESG curriculum design, instructional expertise, and content authority — ensuring every learning tier is rigorous, practical, and current.

Is it free to get started?

Yes. The first modules of ESG-Awareness (ESG 101) are free - no credit card required. You can explore the fundamentals before deciding whether to continue. Subsequent modules and the ESG-Motivated series (ESG 201) are available through individual enrolment, group pricing, or sponsored access.

Do I receive a certificate on completion?

Yes. Each completed series earns a practitioner-backed certificate issued under the credentials of Agence de Tounens, our ESG curriculum partner. It is our aspiration to seek national certification recognition with relevant jurisdictions as the platform grows - making completions progressively more portable and formally recognised.

Is ESG-4-Action available outside Cambodia?

Yes. The platform is piloted in Cambodia with the support of Khmer Enterprise, and is fully accessible to learners and organisations anywhere in the world. The programme is delivered in English and hosted on international infrastructure.
